摘　　要：以固体酸为催化剂，采用釜式反应与固定床反应相结合的方式，将地沟油预精制成为制备生物柴油的原料油。釜氏反应预酯化条件：反应温度70℃，反应时间8h，催化剂用量5%；再通过固定床反应器进一步酯化，酯化条件：反应温度70℃，油重时空速0．2h^-1，甲醇重时空速0.2～0．3h^-1。By using solid acid as catalyst, the waste oil is pretreated for the preparation of biodiesel in tank reactor and fixed-bed reactor. The condition of the pre-esterification of waste oil in tank reactor is 70 ℃ of reaction temperature, reacting for 8 hours and 5% of catalyst dosage. The esterification condition of the waste oil in fixed-bed reactor is 70℃ of reaction temperature, 0.2 h^-1 of the weight hourly space velocity of the oil and 0.2- 0.3 h^-1 of the weight hourly space velocity of the methanol.
