一清胶囊对老年鼻出血治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨一清胶囊对老年鼻出血疗效。方法以43例老年性鼻出血入院患者为对象,采用前瞻性随机对照研究,其中23例使用中药一清胶囊加综合治疗(试验组),另外20例仅使用综合治疗(对照组),随诊治疗后,观察鼻出血情况。结果对照组鼻出血停止的时间为5～17d,试验组为3～5d。经t检验2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一清胶囊对老年鼻出血的作用可明显缩短出血的时间,对老年鼻出血是一种有效的辅助治疗方法。Objective To explore the curative effects of Chinese herbal medicine Yiqing Capsule on aged patients with nose bleeding. Methods Among the 43 aged hospitalized patients with nose bleeding as the subjects for the prospective, randomized, comparative study, 23 patients who were randomly chosen in Experimental Group were offered comprehensive treatment with Yiqing Capsule while the other 23 in Comparative Group only received comprehensive treatment. Details of bleeding were obseIved when the medical treatments were performed. Results Nose bleeding in the Comparative Group is eliminated within 5 to 17 days while in Experimental Group within 3 to 5 days. T-test for differences between the two groups is statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yiqing Capsule,which proves to eliminate the nose bleeding of aged patients, is an effective adjuvant therapy for aged patients with nose bleeding.
