摘　　要：本文从高职高专毕业生面临的就业现状和问题入手,通过对四川省高职高专院校的864名毕业生和全国各地500家用人单位进行的调查,从纵向和横向的角度对高职高专毕业生"就业难"的原因进行分析,以期探索新形势下高职高专学生就业指导的实施对策。In view of the employment difficulties and problems of higher vocational college graduates, this paper investigated 864 graduates from higher vocational colleges in Sichuan province and their employers - 500 enterprises nationwide to analyze the causes of employment difficulty of higher vocational college graduates, and put forward some countermeasures to guide graduates employment under the new situation.
