摘　　要：目的评价腹腔镜下生物胶治疗上消化道急性穿孔的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析17例上消化道急性穿孔的病例资料。结果本组病例无死亡、手术效果好。结论腹腔镜下生物胶治疗上消化道急性穿孔具有创伤小、美观、术后恢复快,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the validity and safety of biology gum in treating the acute upper gastrointestinal tract perforation with the laparoscope application. Methods Looked back and analyzed 17 cases data of the acute upper gastrointestinal perforation. Results There was no death in this group, and a good result of the operation. Conclusion There is less hurt, more beautiful and less time for the patient recover in using Laparoscope treat the acute upper gastrointestinal tract perforation,which deserves wide spread using.
