健康教育对子宫广泛切除术患者心理状态的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察健康教育对子宫广泛切除术患者心理状态影响的有效性。方法首先采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者心理状态进行评估,并确定影响子宫广泛切除术患者不良情绪发生的主要因素;同时采用诺丁汉健康量表,了解患者的生活质量。然后对患者进行健康教育并对健康教育前后的结果进行对比。结果子宫广泛切除术患者焦虑、抑郁的发生与职业、文化程度、家庭关系及经济条件、疾病的严重程度有明显的关系(χ2=4.45～10.79,P<0.05);健康教育干预前与健康教育干预后比较,经χ2检验(χ2=91.76,P<0.05)。健康干预使患者的生活质量也有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论各种因素可导致子宫广泛切除术患者发生焦虑、抑郁情绪,健康教育可有效地提高患者的心理健康水平,改善患者的生活质量。Objective The uteroctomy patients have very strong anxiety and depression.To study effectiveness in the measurement of the healthy education in clinical nursing.Methods Firstly to investigate by the self-anxiety survey(SAS)and self-depression survey(SDS),and to define the main factors that result in the uteroctomy patient's anxiety and depression.At the same time,to understand the uteroctomy patient's living quality by the NuoDingHan Healthy meter.To give the patient's healthy education then compare the result after it.Results The cause of the uterotomy patient's anxiety and depression is obviously relative to the occupation,culture level,family relationship,economic condition and serious degree of the disease(χ2=4.45~10.79,P<0.05),To compare the results of before the education and after it and to be proved by χ2(χ2=91.76,P<0.05).The healthy education can improve the patient's living quality obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Each kind of factor would lead to the uteroctomy patient's anxiety and depression,but the healthy education can improve the patient's living quality effectively.
