摘  要:通过扳拧试验、盐雾试验、浸泡试验和扫描电镜分析,研究了达克罗紧固件的耐蚀性及装配扳拧时对耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,达克罗紧固件有良好的耐蚀性,一次装配扳拧引起的达克罗涂层损伤较小,对耐蚀性影响不大,二次扳拧装配会使达克罗紧固件的耐蚀性明显降低。Corrosion resistance of fasteners treated with dacromet technique has been investigated via wrenching tests ,salt spray tests ,immersion tests and SEM analysis, and the influence of fitting on corrosion resistance was covered. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of fasteners coated with dacromet coating is very well, fitting will damage dacromet coating on the fasteners, the damage of coating and decrease of corrosion resistance induced by the first fitting are little, but the corrosion resistance after secondary fitting will decrease obviously.
