试论宗教对当代公共治理的影响

摘　　要：宗教作为一种传统的精神和文化资源,在公共治理中具有两极性作用:一方面在协调人际关系、维护社会稳定、增进社会团结、教育民众等方面有积极作用;另一方面宗教问题也可能触发治理危机,导致社会动荡,甚至国家分裂。为此,我们应在公共治理中确立和倡导一些积极的宗教理念和原则,从而达到趋利避害的社会控制作用。Religion ,as a resource of traditional spirit and culture, is of bipolar nature in public governance：on one hand, it is positive in coordinating interpersonal relations, safeguarding social stability, improving social unity and instructing the public; on the other hand, the issue of religion could possibly trigger off crisis of governance, resulting in social turbulence or even the division of a country. As a result, we should establish and promote some positive religious creeds and principles in our public governance so as to get the society under control by seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages.
