摘　　要：CAD/CAM应用中的问题之一是如何通过CAD图形自动生成准确实用的加工程序,为此开发了接口程序。通过分析DXF(Drawing Interchange File)文件数据格式和应用特点,以接口程序实现由CAD工程图读取图形信息,获取加工坐标值,并根据规定的格式转换成为数控加工指令。设计了后置处理模块用于接收相关工艺参数以生成加工程序的初始化部分,完成坐标系设定、换刀、主轴转动、刀具补偿、加工循环参数设定等任务。接口程序有效实现了CAD/CAM数据共享。最后以实例说明了接口程序的具体实现过程。One point in CAD/CAM application is how to generate correct and practical machining programs automatically from CAD drawings. An interface program was developed to meet this requirement. Through analysis on DXF File data format and application features, the interface program could read graphic information from a CAD drawing to obtain machining coordinates and convert them into CNC instructions by set format. A post processing module was developed to receive necessary technological parameters to create the initialization part of a CNC machining program, which deals mainly with coordinates system setup, tool change, spindle rotation, tool offset and parameter setting for cycle mode, etc.. The interface program realized effective data share in CAD/CAM. An example was provided in the end to illustrate the application of this interface software.
