摘  要:为了得到工作性能良好的自密实混凝土,通过自密实混凝土工作性能的4种测试方法进行了混凝土流动性的试验研究,利用正交设计方法分析了粉煤灰、高效减水剂掺量等因素对新拌混凝土的流动性、黏性、抗离析能力的影响。结果表明,减水剂掺量是影响拌合物流动性与黏聚性的主要因素,配制时要主要考虑水胶比是影响黏聚性的主要因素。最后得出,减水荆掺量为0.8-0.9时,流动性和黏聚性最好。水胶比为0.32时,黏聚性最好。To obtain self-compacting concrete with good workability, four test methods to test workability were used. The influences of fly ash and high effect water reducing admixtures on fresh concrete mixture were discussed and the relations of flowability, adhesion and anti-dissociability with admixture value were obtained from the experiment based on orthogonal design. High effect water reducing admixtures mainly affect flowability and anti-dissociability of concrete mixture. Water-cement ratio is the main factor to affect the anti-dissociability of the concrete mixture. The research result is the optimal additive percentage of water reducing admixture to cement for the best flowability and adhesion is 0.8-0.9, and the optimal water-cement ratio is 0.32 for the best adhesion.
