摘 要:为了探讨膜胶粒电荷效应对动态膜性能的影响,设计了以FeO(OH)、AI(OH),溶胶、壳聚糖、明胶之间的二元组合,并通过调节pH,在陶瓷基质膜上通过错流过滤制备预涂动态膜,同时考察其对直接大红染料废水的脱色效果、试验表明:可通过选择不同组合和控制pH实现面向过程的动态膜设计、制备的4种动态膜对染料废水的脱色率为94%-100%,通量为20-55L/(m^2·h)。当电位极性相反时,脱色率最大;当电位极性为负时,脱色率最小、电性相同时,电位差越小,脱色率越大;电性相反时,电位差越大,脱色率越大。In order to get the effect of potential on properties of dynamic membrane, FeO(OH), AI(OH) 3, chitosan and glutin were assembled at suitable pH value and were cross-flow filtrated on ceramic membrane to prepare precoated dynamic membranes. The results showed that process-oriented dynamic membranes could be obtained by choosing membrane materials and changing pH. The color removal rate were 94% - 100% , permeate flux were 20-55L/(m^2·h). When electric potential polarities were contrary, the color removal rate reached maximum, and when the electric potential polarities were negative, the color removal rate was minimum. When electric properties were the same, the color removal rate was larger with the samall potential difference, and when electric properties were opposite, the color removal rate was larger with the larger potential difference.
