摘　　要：[目的]了解上海市基层医务人员对结核病相关知识和防治政策的认知情况及接受健康促进的情况,为促进基层结核病防治工作提供依据。[方法]采用2006年全国公众结核病防治知识信念行为调查问卷对上海市6个区96名基层医务人员进行了调查。[结果]基层医务人员对结核病知识和政策的综合知晓率为69.73%,其中对结核病知识和防治政策的知晓率分别是73.25%和61.98%;超过一半的医务人员从未主动了解或宣传过结核病方面的知识。[结论]接受调查的基层医务人员对结核病防治基本知识和政府减免政策的了解和掌握情况不理想,说明结核病防治知识和防治工作还未能引起医务人员的重视,对医务人员的健康促进工作有待加强。[Obieetive] To know the knowledge, attitude and practice of matrical health workers to TB control and prevention, as well as their reception on health promotion. [Methods] 96 healthy workers in 6 districts were investigated with the questionnaire of the national survey of KAP to TB control in 2006. [ Results] Generally 69.73% of health workers knew about both TB knowledge and TB control policy; the rates of those who knew about TB knowledge and TB control policy were 73.25% and 61.98% respectively. More than half of the health workers never initiatively learn TB control knowledge. [Conclusion] The KAP of health workers investigated to TB control is poor in Shanghai. Health promotion to health workers need be strengthened.
