临床医师“三基三严”训练管理办法探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨"三基三严"管理办法。[方法]通过存在问题的分析,找出"三基三严"训练院科两级管理办法,从管理上和制度上加以重视,使临床医师的培养更加科学化和有序化。[结果]在现阶段的临床医师培养的历程中出现了一些偏差。[结论]加强"三基三严"训练管理已经成为保证基础医疗质量、保证病人医疗安全和病人权利、避免医疗纠纷的重要手段。[Objective] To explore the Three Basics and Three Stricts management method. [Methods] Through the analysis of existing problems, the management method by two grades of hospital and department on Three Basics and Three Stricts training was found out; focusing on management and system, training to clinician could be more scientific and organized. [ Results] There were some deviations in the clinician training courses at present. [Conclusion] In order to guarantee the quality of basic medical treatment, security and rights of the patients and to avoid medical dispute, it is of vital importance to strengthen the management on Three Basics and Three Stricts training.
