糖尿病及其并发症住院费用分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解我院住院糖尿病患者的住院费用,分析影响糖尿病患者住院费用的因素。[方法]调查2006年6月～2007年5月出院的1209例住院糖尿病患者住院费用,采用多因素线性回归分析其影响因素。[结果]糖尿病患者次住院费用中位数为6368.62元;糖尿病急性并发症患者住院总费用无明显增加(P﹥0.05),任何一种糖尿病慢性并发症的发生都明显增加患者的住院费用(P﹤0.05),糖尿病足患者住院费用花费最高;住院费用随并发症个数增加而增加。住院天数、糖尿病足、糖尿病肾病、年龄、糖尿病急性并发症、糖尿病周围血管病变是患者住院费用的主要影响因素(P﹤0.05)。[结论]糖尿病患者住院费用较高,各种慢性并发症增加了住院费用。[Objective] To analyze the costs of hospitalization of diabetic patients in our hospital and its influencing factors. [Methods] The hospitalization expenses of 1 209 diabetic patients were investigated from June 2006 to May 2007, with the multivariate regression analysis for the influencing factors. [ Results] The median of total medical costs of diabetic inpatients was 6 368.62 yuan; the hospitalization cost of patients with diabetic acute complications did not increase significantly （P〉 0.05）, any kind of diabetic chronic complications made total expenses increase obviously （P 〈 0.05）. Among them, diabetic foot patients cost the most. The factors including days in hospital, diabetic foot. diabetic nephropathy, age, acute complications and peripheral vascular disease were found to have a significant correlation with hospitalization cost of diabetic inpatients （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] The hospitalization cost of diabetic patients is high, and any kind of chronic diabetic complication increases the cost.
