受血者输血知识与服务需求的研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解受血者的输血知识知晓情况和对输血服务的需求,发现医疗服务中存在的不足,为规范医疗行为提出对策和措施。[方法]采用分层随机抽样方法,对四川省30家医院的328名受血者进行问卷调查,采用t检验、方差分析等统计方法分析数据。[结果]多数受血者输血知识知晓程度低,医疗机构输血服务中存在缺陷。[结论]医疗机构应多宣传输血知识,医护人员应认真履行告知义务,规范输血行为,实现安全输血。[Objective]To investigate blood receptors＇ knowledge of blood transfusion and their requirements of blood transfusion service. Meanwhile, to find out the deficiency in medical service, and propose strategy and measure on specification for regulating medical behavior, [Methods] Used the method of stratified random sampling to select 328 blood receptors from 30 hospitals in Sichuan Province and investigated them by questionnaire, and the results were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. [ Results] Most of blood receptors＇ knowledge level about blood transfusion was low and there were many defects in blood transfusion service in hospitals. [ Conclusion] It is necessary to develop health education on blood transfusion knowledge for patients. The doctors and nurses should be more earnest to carry out obligation to inform, so as to regulate the blood transfusion behavior and to guarantee safe blood transfusion.
