THE SECOND NATIONAL SAMPLING INVESTIGATION OF ADULT INTELLIGENCE IN YINCHUAN CITY AND ITS ANALYSIS

摘　　要：[目的]落实实施全国第2届残疾人抽样调查工作,为政府制定残疾人保障"十一五"规划提供科学依据。[方法]根据全国第2届残疾人抽样调查工作领导办公室要求,2006.4.1分别对银川市兴庆区42万人口,城市78个办事处,农村4个乡镇32个自然村中随机抽样4个办事处、1个乡镇。共计8个社区居委会、自然村点,3360人被进行随机抽样调查。其中城市6个社区居委会,农村2个自然村。抽样调查采用全国残疾人抽样调查标准。对0～6岁儿童重点普查,7岁以上及成人进行筛查。分别对视力、语言、肢体、儿童智力、成人智力、精神6类残疾调查。[结果]银川市兴庆区42万人口中按照1%比例进行随机抽样调查。调查出视力、语言、肢体、儿童智力、成人智力、精神6类残疾共计186名,成人智力残疾15名。总检出率分别为5.54%和0.44%。成人智力残疾占6类残疾的8.06%。[结论]全国第2届残疾人抽样调查银川市兴庆区的整体调查工作严紧、规范、科学。调查结果数据准确。该数据可做为政府制订残疾人"十一五"规划的科学依据。[Objective] To carry out the second national sampling investigation, and provide basis for the handicapped insurance of the 11th Five-Year Plan. [Methods] According to the plan, 4 offices and 1 town were sampled from Xingqing District of Yinchuan City. A total of eight residents＇ committees, natural village points, 3 360 people were carried out random sampling and investigation. Sample survey adopt national handicapped sample survey standard. Census was carried out among 0- 6 years old children, screening was carried out among seven years old or over and adults. Six genera disabilities that vision, language, limbs, children intelligence, adults intelligence, spirit were surveyed. [ Results] According to 1% ratio random sampling among 42 ten thousand population in Xingqing of Yinchuan, six genera disabilities that vision, language, limbs, children intelligence, adult intelligence, spirit were total 186, adult intelligence disability cases were fifteen. Total detection rate was 5.54% and 0.44% respectively. Adult intelligence disability accounted for 8.06% in all six genera disabilities. [Conclusion ] The second national sampling investigation of disabled persons in Xingqing of Yinchuan City is rigorous, standard and scientific. The investigation data is accurate, which can be provided for the basis of formulation of the Eleventh Five-year Plan on disabled persons.
