可溶性Fas分子与反复自然流产及自身抗体的关系

摘　　要：[目的]探讨血清可溶性Fas分子(sFas)与反复自然流产(RSA)及抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)、抗宫内膜抗体(EmAb)的关系。[方法]采用酶联免疫吸附法检测62例RSA组、34例正常妊娠妇女组血清sFas及ACA、EmAb。[结果](1)RSA组ACA与EmAb共同出现的阳性率为14.52%,明显高于正常妊娠妇女组(P﹤0.05);RSA组ACA与EmAb的出现呈正相关,Rs为0.542(P﹤0.01);(2)RSA组sFas水平为(1051.44±420.87)pg/ml,明显高于正常妊娠妇女组的(520.19±253.82)pg/ml(P﹤0.01);ACA和EmAb共同阳性RSA组sFas水平为(1307.70±356.45)pg/ml,明显高于非ACA和EmAb共同阳性RSA组(1007.92±418.27)pg/ml(P﹤0.05)。[结论]ACA与EmAb的共同出现是RSA发生的危险因素,两种抗体的产生呈正相关;血清sFas水平升高是RSA发生以及两种自身抗体共同出现的可能原因。[Objective] To investigate the relationship between soluble Fas （sFas） receptor and recurrent spontaneous abortion, and the relationship between sFas and ACA and EmAb. [Methods] 62 cases of RSA patients （as RSA group） and 34 cases of normal pregnant women （as control group） were selected, sFas, ACA and EmAb in their sera were determined by ELISA. [ Results] （1） The positive rate of ACA and EmAb in RSA group was 14.52%, which was significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women group （P〈 0.05）. There was a relationship between ACA and EmAb in RSA group （ Rs=0.542, P〈 0.01）. （2） sFas in RSA group was （1 051,44 ± 420.87） pg/ml, which was significantly higher than （520.19 ± 253.82） pg/ml in normal pregnant group （P〈 0.01）. In the RSA group which ACA and EmAb were in simultaneous plus, sFas level was （1 307.70 ± 356.45） pg/ml. And in the RSA group which ACA and EmAb were not in Sinluhaneous plus, sFas level was （1 007.92 ± 418.27） pg/ml. The former was significantly higher than the later （P〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] The simultaneity of ACA and EmAb has high risk for RSA happening. And there is a relationship between ACA and EmAb. The rise of sFas level in serum may be one of the causes of RSA happening. And it causes the simultaneity of ACA and EmAb of RSA.
