具有家族史的糖尿病患者遗传方式分析在糖尿病预防中的临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨家族性糖尿病的遗传方式。[方法]通过定点病史回顾中筛查的有家族史的糖尿病家系,采取系谱分析法、χ2检验、多基因分析法对糖尿病患者的遗传方式进行分析。[结果]家族性糖尿病主要为常染色体显性遗传,不符合多基因遗传的特点。[结论]家族性糖尿病遗传方式的确定对预测后代的发病风险、对糖尿病的预防有一定的意义。[Objective] To explore inheritance modes of familial diabetes mellitus. [Methods] Through reviewing fixedpoint case history and screening the family constellation with the family history of diabetes mellitus, used pedigree analysis, test and multiple gene analysis to study the modes of inheritance of familial diabetes mellitus. [ Results] The main mode of inheritance of the familial diabetes mellitus was autosomal dominant inheritance and was not polygenic inheritance. [Conclusion] It is quite significant for the determination of inheritance modes of the familial diabetes mellitus in estimating onset risk of offspring, preventing diabetes mellitus.
