摘　　要：扩大公民有序政治参与是当前我国政治体制改革的重要内容。政治参与理论为我国扩大公民有序政治参与提供了理论基础,世界各国政治参与发展的经验和教训为我国扩大公民有序政治参与提供了实践参照。The development of orderly political participation by citizens is an important part of the current reform in political systems in China. The political participation theory provides theoretical basis for the development of orderly political participation by citizens, and the experience and lessons of political participation in other countries provides reference for our practice.
