摘  要:目的:评价超声、螺旋CT动态增强扫描(SCTDCS)与病理对照诊断肾间质纤维化(RIF)。方法:150例用超声多普勒血流图扫查并行螺旋CT动态增强扫描(SCTDCS);源像输入AW4.0工作站进行三维重建。测量肾皮、髓质厚度、肾脏体积与肾动脉阻力指数(RI)等。影像诊断与肾穿刺病理(KBP)结果对照;采用SPSS10.0统计学软件包,χ2检验及方差分析。结果:30例正常,轻、中、重度RIF各89例、26例、5例。结论:超声可作为RIF筛选手段,对肾穿刺及预后推测有一定意义;超声结合SCTDCS多期增强扫描对RIF分级诊断能提供较全面准确的影像学依据。Objective To evaluate the clinical value for renal interstitial fibrosis using ultrasonography and spiral CT dynamic contrast scan (SCTDCS).Methods 150 cases were examined using two-dimensional color doppler sonography and Hispeed NX/i scanner.Applying SCTDCS,the source images of single continuous volume scan were were transferred to an independent workstation AW4.0 for 3D reconstruction.The thickness of renal cortex and medulla and the volume of kidney were mearsured respectively,Diagnoses of images were compared with pathology of kidney biopsy, The data were statistically analyzed with the software of SPSSI0.0.ResuIts 30 cases were nomal.The other cases of slight, moderate and severe RIF were 89,26,5 respectively. Conclusion General ultrasound screening can be used as means of RIF classification.Integrated clinical KPB and emphasizing collecting multiperiod scan data with moderate multimodel 3 Dreconstruction model, SCTDCS can provide useful information in detection of RIF.It is the key value in estimating severity of RIF,directing treatment and judging progress.
