高频超声对腹股沟肿块的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒技术在腹股沟肿块诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:对62例腹股沟肿块的患者进行临床和超声表现作回顾性分析。结果:腹股沟肿块62例中单纯性腹股沟疝49例,子宫圆韧带囊肿合并斜疝3例,腹膜鞘状突囊肿合并股疝1例,隐睾3例(腹股沟型),精索鞘膜积液5例,精索腺瘤样瘤1例。超声诊断符合率93.55%(58/62)。结论:高频超声及彩色多普勒技术对腹股沟肿块的诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To discuss the clinic value of high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of inguinalmasses.Methods Clinical manifestations and ultrasonographic of 62 cases of inguinalmasses were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 62 cases with ingninalmasses,49 cases were simple inguinal-hernia,3 cases were circular ligement cyst of uterus with indirect hernia, 1 case was cyst of processus vaginalis with femoral hernia.3 cases were cryptorchidisms. （inguinal canal）,5 cases were funicular hydrocele, 1 case was funicular adenomatoid tumor .The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasonography was 93.55%（58/62）. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound and color Doppler technique are of practical value in clinical diagnose.
