摘　　要：目的:探讨丙型肝炎病毒核心抗原酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测方法的临床应用价值。方法:采用丙型肝炎病毒核心抗原ELISA试剂盒对临床丙肝感染者血清进行检测,同时用HCV抗体ELISA检测试剂盒和HCV RNA基因扩增试验作为对照进行比较。结果:以HCV RNA PCR检测为对照,HCV抗原检测试剂盒的灵敏度为95.65%,特异性为100%,23例HCV RNA PCR检测阳性血清,用HCV抗体检测法进行检测,其中有3例阴性,将这3例阴性标本用HCV核心抗原检测法进行检测,其中2例为阳性。结论:丙型肝炎核心抗原ELISA检测方法能缩短窗口期,敏感性高,特异性好,费用低廉,在临床上具有很好的推广前景。Objective To discuss the clinical application value of the method used in detection hepatitis C virus core antigen （HceAg） by ELISA.Methods Serum samples from the people who infected HCV were detected by ELISA kit for HceAg,and the results were compared with those detected by ELISA kit for HCV antibody and PCR detection for HCV RNA.Results Copmpared with with PCR detection for HCV RNA, the accuracy and specificity of HCV antigen detection kit were 95.65%, 100% respectively.23 cases of serum were positive detected by PCR kit for HCV RNA. Detected by HCV antibody method,there were 3 cases of negative serum in the 23 cases of positive serum.The negative serum detected by HCV core antigen method, 2 cases were positive.Conclusion The method of HceAg by ELISA could shorten window period and shows high sensitivity,good specificity and low cost.It has a good prospect for promotion in clinic.
