喜炎平联合丹参治疗流行性腮腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察喜炎平注射液联合注射用丹参治疗流行性腮腺炎的疗效。方法:将收治的55例流行性腮腺炎患儿分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组27例、对照组28例。对照组用利巴韦林及喜炎平注射液静滴治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用注射用丹参静滴。结果:两组治疗效果经统计学处理,χ2=5.02,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义,治疗组疗效明显好于对照组。结论:喜炎平注射液联合注射用丹参治疗流行性腮腺炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Xiyanping injection and Danshen injection on epidemic parotiditis,Methods 55 children with epidemic parotiditis were randomly divided into two groups. One was the comparison group with 28 patients treated with ribayirin and Xiyanping injection by intravenous drip. The other was the treated group with 27 patients, who were treated with Xiyanping injection added to ribavirin injection as well as the intravenous drip of Danshen injection.Results The therapeutic effects, dealt with statistical method, were different with the treated group having better effects than the coparison group （x^2=5.02,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Xiyanping injection and Danshen on epidemic parotiditis are good, so it deserves a wide clinical use.
