摘　　要：目的比较网络系统实施前后越秀区肺结核病人的发现水平,探讨网络直报系统在肺结核病人发现中的作用。方法对越秀区网络直报系统实施前的2001年至2003年以及网络直报系统实施后的2004年至2006年肺结核病人发现情况进行比较。结果越秀区网络直报系统实施后2004年1月至2006年底肺结核可疑患者登记1827人,登记率122.0/10万,涂阳病人登记604人,登记率40.2/10万;而网络直报实施前的2001年1月至2003年底肺结核可疑患者登记864人,登记率61.7/10万,涂阳病人登记295人,涂阳登记率21.1/10万。网络系统实施后越秀区肺结核可疑患者和涂阳病人登记率分别提高60.3%和19.1%。结论网络直报系统对提高肺结核病人的发现有重要的意义,充分利用网络直报信息对相关病例进行核对和追踪,是提高肺结核病人发现率的关键。Objective To compare the incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis before and after implementing the internet - based report system. Methods The new cases were comapred in Yuexiu district between the period of 2001 - 2003 and of 2004 - 2006. Results The internet-based report system was implemented in 2004. There were 1872 suspects with pulmonary tuberculosis registered in Yuexiu district during the years of 2004 -2006. The consulted rate of suspects was 122. 0/105. 604 cases with smear-positive pulmonary were registered and the notified rate was 40. 2/105 in the years of 2004 -2006. During the years of 2001 -2003, 864 suspects with pulmonary tuberculosis were registered and the consulted rate was 61.7/105. 195 cases with smear-positive pulmonary were registered and the notified rate was 21.1/105. The consulted rate and the notified rate during the years of 2004 -2006 increased respectively 60. 1% and 19. 1% than those in the years of 2001 - 2003. Conclusion The internet-based report system is an important channel for pulmonary tuberculosis case-finding. Tracing suspects by using the data of the internet-based report system is the key to improve the case-findings of pulmonary tuberculosis.
