摘　　要：目的总结8例心脏穿透伤救治经验教训。方法回顾性分析8例心脏穿透伤临床资料。结果本组8例心脏穿透伤患者中,成功救治5例,死亡3例。结论早期诊断,及时手术开胸缝合心脏伤口是心脏穿透伤患者救治成功的关键。Objective To summarize the experience and lesson for remedying 8 cases heart penetrating wound. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 8 cases heart penetrating wound retrospectively. Results Among the patients, 5 cases was successful remedied, and 3 cases died. Conclusion The key of successful remedy for patients of heart penetrating wound is early diagnosis use of stature heart wound by operation in time.
