绿色精益施工管理模式及2010年上海世博工程应用研究

摘　　要：针对传统施工管理模式的缺陷,构建了基于精益思想的"绿色精益施工"的施工管理模式,并建议将其作为2010世博会"智能化生态住宅"工程的参考施工管理模式,并提出了具体的实施方案。Based on the analysis of the defects of the traditional construction management mode, the ＂lean ＆ green construction pattern＂ is presented in accordance with the lean thinking. It is shown that the management mode above mentioned should be one of the construction and management patterns for the ＂2010 World Expo Intellectualized ＆ Ecologic Building Project＂ in order to reduce the energy and environment effect during the construction. The detail proposal for construction is put forward regarding of housing project.
