摘　　要：随着我国国民经济持续快速的发展和对高等专业人才需求的增加,各高等学校的招生规模进一步扩大,各校正在或即将进行新校区建设,针对其建设资金来源及筹措渠道少、困难多的情况,在项目决策阶段的工程造价控制就显得尤为重要。本文阐述了决策阶段造价控制的意义,提出了新校区建设项目决策阶段造价控制的具体措施和方法。With China＇s sustainable and rapid development of national economy and higher demand for more professionals, colleges and universities further expand the scale of enrollment, and schools are building or will build the new campus. Because of less sources of funds for its construction and financing channels and more diffictilties, cost control project decislon-making stage is particularly important. This paper discusses the significance of cost control in the phase of project decision-making and puts forward specific measures and methods in decision-making phase of new campus construction projects.
