摘  要:目的研究天麻素注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后细胞凋亡、脑组织梗死体积的影响。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,TUNEL及TTC染色法分别检测凋亡细胞数目及脑梗死体积。结果天麻素注射液组再灌注后24h凋亡细胞数目明显低于对照组(P<0.05),主要出现于大脑皮质及尾壳核病变中心区的周围,且脑梗死体积较对照组明显缩小(P<0.05)。结论天麻素注射液能显著抑制缺血半暗带细胞凋亡的发生,阻止脑梗死范围进一步扩大,对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,可能的作用机制是通过拮抗谷氨酸而阻断缺血再灌注后细胞凋亡。Aim To investigate the effect of Gastrodin Injection (Gas) on the infarct volume of the brain and the neuronal apoptosis in the focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury of rats. Methods In the focal middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model rats, TUNEL and TTC straining was used respectively to label the condition of neu- ronal apoptosis and the infarct volume. Results Compared with those in the control group, Gas could statistically significantly decrease the levels of the neuronal apoptosis mainly in the penumbra of the frontoparietal contex and caudate putamen( P 〈 0.05 ). The infarct volume of the control group was significantly greater than that of the Gastreated Group ( P 〈 0.05 ) Conclusion Gas can inhibit the neuronal apoptosis, thus preventing the extention of cerebral infarction. Gas can play an importanit role in brains' protection against the cerebral ischemic damage by focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats. The possible mechanism of action is that the Gas can, through rivalryaminoglutaminic acid toxication ,block ischemical reperfusion injury and inhibit cell apoptosis.
