摘  要:目的测定复方银杏叶胶囊中总黄酮醇苷的含量,为制剂质量控制提供依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Shiseido MG C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(68:32);检测波长:378nm;外标法定量。结果各成分在一定浓度范围内线性良好,回归方程为:槲皮素Y=3.94945×10^-6X+8.992×10^-2,r=0.9999,线性范围为6~120μg·ml^-1;山奈素Y=8.34202×10^-6X+3.969×10^-2,r=0.9999,线性范围为3~60μg·ml^-1;异鼠李素Y=1.74581×10^-6X-6.13×10^-2,r=0.9999,线性范围为1~20μg·ml^-1。结论本法快速、准确,重复性好。Aim To establish an analytical method to determine the total flavonoids in Compound Ginkgo Leaf Capsule so as to control the quality of the preparation. Methods HPLC method was applied to determine the total Flavonoid Glycoside in Compound Ginkgo Leaf Capsule. The column was Shiseido MG C18 (5μm,4.6mm×250mm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (68: 32). The detection wavelength was 370nm. And external standard method was used in this determination. Results M1 the three compositions had good linear relationship. The calibration curve of Quercetin was Y =3.949 45 × 10^-6X +8.992 × 10^-2,with linear range of 6 - 120μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0. 999 9). Kaempferol' s calibration curve was Y = 8.342 02 × 10^ -6X + 3.969 × 10^ -2 ,with linear range of 3 - 60μg·ml^ -1 ( r =0. 999 9). The calibration curve of Isorhamnetin was Y =3.949 45 × 10^-6X +8. 992 ×10^-2 ,with linear range of 1- 20μg·ml^-1( r =0. 999 9). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible.
