摘 要:目的建立火焰原子吸收法测定复方十一烯酸锌软膏中锌的含量。方法检测波长为213.9nm,灯电流为8.0mA,狭缝宽度为0.5nm,燃气流量为2.0L/min,助燃气流量为15.0L/min。结果Zn在0.0000~2.0000mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9984,平均加样回收率为99.53%,RSD为0.2%,n=9。结论该质量标准的研究有效控制了复方十一烯酸锌软膏的质量,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。Aim To establish an FAAS method for determination of the content of Zn in Compound Zinc Undecylenate Ointment. Methods The determined wavelength was at 213.9nm;the electric current of the light was 8.0mA; the slit-width was 0.5nm;the flow rate of burning gas was 2.0L/rain and the flow rate of gas to help burning was 15.0 L/min. Results A good linear relation was determined as 0.000 0 -2.000 0mg·L^-1 by FAAS with a regression coefficient of 0.998 4. The average recovery was 99.53% ( RSD =0.2%, n =9). Conclusion It can be used for controlling the quality of Compound Zinc Undecylenate Ointment. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive.
