双比重瓶真密度测定计算及再现性分析

摘　　要：针对在测定真密度的过程中,存在测量结果再现性不良等不足,提出了简便可行的粉体真实体积测定及真密度的计算方法。通过对粉末状粘土和硅藻土物料的标准液和真空度的合理选择、实际测定、计算及分析,得到了再现性良好、准确可靠真密度值等结论。There is much deficiency while measuring the real densities of materials, such as the poor recurrence. This paper presented a convenient and feas/ble method for measuring really volume of power and calculating the real density. The real density obtained in the paper not only recur well but also nicety and cred/bility by selecting appropriate normal fluid and vacuum degree.
