摘  要:目的:测定三个不同产地天麻中天麻素含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定三产地天麻中天麻素的含量。Agilent TC—C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(4:96);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:220nm。结果:天麻素在20~200μg的范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.93%,RSD为1.49%(n=9)。云南昭通、湖北宜昌、陕西西乡三产地天麻中天麻素质量百分含量分别为0.164%,0.263%,0.418%.结论:三产地的天麻中天麻素含量有明显差异,云南昭通产天麻中天麻素含量最低。Objective: To determine the content of gastrodin in three different habitats/Gastrodia elata Blume. Method: To determine the content of gastrodin in three different habitats/ Gastrodia elata Blume by HPLC, on Agilent TC- C18 column, with Methylcyanide- 0. 05% phosphoric acid (4:96) as mobile phase, 1.0mL/ min as speed of flow, detection wavelength at 220nm. Result : The good linear correlation was obtained in the range 20 - 200μg. The average recovery of spots ( n = 9) was 97.93 % ( RSD = 1.49 % ). The content of gastrodin in the Yunnan Zhaotong, the Hubei Yichang, the Shanxi Xi Town respectively was 0. 164%, 0. 263%, 0. 418%. Conclusion: There were obvious differences in the content of gastrodin in three different habitats' Gastrodia elata Blume. The content of gastrodin in Yunan Zhaotong's Gastrodia elata Blume was the lowest.
