摘 要:聚合物驱或含聚合物的弱凝胶驱已成为三次采油的主要技术。为了解决聚合物驱油藏采出液因携带聚合物等化学成分而使原油乳化严重、油水分离界面不清、原油脱水和含油污水处理困难等问题,开发研制了一种适合于聚合物驱或含聚合物驱油藏采出液处理剂。在性能考察的基础上,对现场样品进行了处理试验。试验结果表明,处理剂能够有效提高脱水速度,降低脱出污水中的含油量和悬浮物含量,为聚合物驱或含聚合物的弱凝胶类驱油技术的进一步扩大应用提供技术支持,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。The polymer flooding or polymer-containing weak gel flooding have become one of the main techniques of tertiary oil recovery. In order to solve the problem of which the produced fluid of oil reservoirs by polymer flooding contains the chemistry element of polymer, which makes the crude oil emulsified severely, oil-water separating interface unclear and which creates the difficuhlies of oil dehydration and oil-bearlng sewage treationg, this paper developed a kind of treating agent JY-2 that is suitable for the produced fluid of oil reservoirs by polymer or polymer-containing flooding through adaptation of the theory of catalysis and cracking. On the basis of the performance investigation, we carried on the treatment experiment to the field samples. The test results show that the treating agent can increase the dehydration speed effectively and decrease the oil content and suspended substance content in the dehydrated sewage, which provides a technical support for the further extending application of the polymer or polymer-containing weak gel flooding technology. It has good application foreground.
