摘 要:为提高油田机采井系统效率,近年来在塔河油田碳酸岩盐油藏和碎屑岩油藏机抽井中进行了变频控制系统试验。矿场试验证明,该系统可提高抽油泵的泵充满系数,节电35.89%,综合效益明显。针对在稠油供液不足和稀油供液充足油井的试验情况进行分析,得出现场应用的优缺点及经济性评价,为今后塔河油田工艺创新、工艺增油提供了依据。The variable-frequency control system has been tested in the pump wells of the carbonate reservoirs and clastic rock reservoirs in Tahe Oilfiled in order to improve the system efficiency in recent years.Field experiment shows that the system of variable-frequency control can raise the fill factors of liner jacket and can save 35.89% of electrical energy.In all, the synthetical benefit is obvious. This paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages, as well as economic evaluation of the system in the filed applications, which provides the precious basis for the future technology improvements in Tahe Oilfiled.
