客观结构化考试在医学生综合临床技能考试中的应用

摘　　要：客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)是一种客观、有序的考核框架,已经广泛地应用于国内外医学教育的考试。昆明医学院第一临床医学院2005-2006年临床医学专业应届毕业生174名学生参加了由第一临床学院临床教学管理处组织的由专家统一命题,统一评分的综合临床技能考试,学生在模拟临床的场景中完成四个站的考试。本文分析了这种考试方法在测试医学生临床技能的有效性和不足之处。OSCE is a kind of objective test system, which is widely used for the medical educational examination. 174 graduating students in First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College attended the multiple-station clinical skill test in 2005- 2006. The students had to finish their test in four clinical test stations, which were prepared as the simulating clinical situations in the hospital. This paper analyzes the valuation and shortcomings of this method to test clinical skills for the medical students.
