温馨环境对改善人工流产术对象情绪的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温馨环境对改善人工流产术对象情绪的效果。方法以114例安排在环境温馨的手术室施行人工流产术的受术者为实验组,113例安排在普通手术室施行人工流产术的受术者为对照组。观察术前和术中血压、心率变化;术中焦虑程度、恐惧程度、疼痛程度及人流综合征发生率;术后记录平均手术时间、术中出血量及受术者满意度。结果温馨环境能有效减轻受术者对手术的焦虑、恐惧和疼痛,减小术中的血压、心率变化幅度,阴道出血量少于20mL例数较多,术后受术者满意度高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人流综合征的发生率和手术时间均无明显差异。结论给人工流产受术者提供温馨的手术环境,能有效地减少术中、术后的不良反应,提高受术者的满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of music therapy applied in induced abortion. Methods 114 patients of induced abortion applied the music therapy were randomly selected as the experiment group, and 113 patients of induced abortion not applied the music therapy were selected as the control group. Blood pressure and heart rate change of pre--operation and operation, the degree of anxiety, the degree of fear, the degree of pain, the occurrence of abortion syndrome, the average operational duration and the vaginal hemorrhage were all observed. The degree of satisfaction of patients was recorded. Results In experiment group, the fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate was slighter, the degrees of anxiety, fear and pain were more alleviated, and there was less vaginal hemorrhage during the operation. There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference about average operation duration and occurrence of abortion syndrome（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Music therapy can alleviate side effects of operation and post-operaton and increase the degree of satisfaction of patients effectively.
