摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定金砂五淋丸中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为迪马BDS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液（49∶51）,检测波长为280 nm,流量1.0 ml/min。结果黄芩苷在0.20-1.00μg范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为Y=22614753χ-182777（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率为98.0%（RSD=1.3%,n=5）。结论该方法操作简便、准确,重现性好,可用于金砂五淋丸的质量控制。Objective To establish the method for the determination of Baicalin in Jinshawulinwan by HPLC. Methods The condition of HPLC was Dima BDS C18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm）, mobile phase of Methanol - 0. 05% Phosphoric Acid solution（49 ： 51 ） , the decetion wavelength at 280 nm and with allow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Results The method proved to be liner in the range at 0. 20 - 1.00 ~g of Baicalin with correlation coefficient of 0. 9997. The liner formula was Y = 22614753 X-182777, the average recovery and recision were 98% , and RSD = 1.3 % （n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, repeatability and can be used in quality control of the preparation.
