摘　　要：重点介绍了非扫描调频连续波半导体激光成像雷达的基本原理.分析了非扫描调频连续波半导体激光成像雷达的调制方法、系统性能以及在制导技术中的优势和局限性.根据国内外就半导体激光雷达方面的研究状况,预言了其将成为精确制导技术的重要研究方向.The principle of scannerless frequency modulated/continuous wave semiconductor laser radar is introduced emphatically. Its modulation method, system capability, and its advantage and disadvantage on precision guidance are analyzed. It is predicted according to its development in the world that the semiconductor laser radar will be a key research field of precision guidance technology.
