摘　　要：介绍石家庄电网调度员培训系统(DTS)的结构和功能,分析该系统在调度员培训与考核、反事故演习和作为调度员研究工具等方面的具体应用情况,提出石家庄电网DTS系统的发展建议。The structure and functions of dispatcher training system （DTS） for Shijiazhuang power network are described and the applications in areas of dispatcher training, anti-accident exercises and research tools for dispatcher are also presented, and development suggestions for Shijiazhuang power network DTS are advanced.
