摘　　要：煤气化装置关键设备由气化炉、传导段、气体反向室和合成气冷却器组成,通过对设备的荷栽、位移的分析以及对弹簧及其附件提出必要的要求,从而满足了设备安全运行的需要。Shell gasification plant is composed of the key equipment of gasifier,transfer duct,gas -reversing chamber and syngas cooler.By ana- lyzing the load and displacement of the key e- quipments,propose necessary requirements for the springs and its accessories so as to meet the requirements of the equipment in safe operation.
