摘　　要：详细介绍了一种适用于工业加工现场的基于USB转接到RS-232通信口的多机通信系统。讨论了USB到RS-232转接器的硬件方案、RS-232网线的互连方法、USB驱动程序编写以及RS- 232通信流程。利用PC机的USB数据通信口,完成与具备RS-232通信口的外部设备进行数据通信,构成一个实用的主从式通信系统。A Practical multicast system based on USB/RS-232 communication transfer was introduced in detail, including the next three parts. First, to convert USB to RS-232; second, the architecture based RS-232; third and the last, communication protocol. The method of USB / RS-232 converting that including developing the USB driver are also informed. At the last of this paper, the communication protocol based RS-232 was described briefly. The scheme of the network for communication between the maser computer and the slave machine was showed in the paper.
