摘　　要：目的检测子痫前期(preeclampsia,PE)患者胎盘组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix met-alloproteinases-2,MMP-2)及其抑制剂(tissueinhibitor of metalloproteinase-2,TIMP-2)的表达,探讨其与妊娠期高血压疾病发病的关系。方法用免疫组化法对20例正常晚妊妇女和20例子痫前期晚妊妇女(其中子痫前期轻度10例、重度10例)胎盘中MMP-2及TIMP-2进行检测。结果PE患者胎盘中MMP-2的表达明显低于正常妊娠组(P<0.05);而TIMP-2的阳性表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);MMP-2/TIMP-2明显下降。结论胎盘组织中MMP-2的低表达及与TIMP-2的比例失衡与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病密切相关。Objective To detect MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the placenta in order to evaluate the relation of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods MMP- 2 and TIMP-2 expression in twenty nomal and twenty preeclamptic pregnant women placenta （10 cases of mild and 10 cases of severe preeclampsia）was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The MMP -2 expression levels in PE group were all significantly lower than those of normal pregnancy group （P 〈 0.05）. While that of TIMP-2 had not significant difference（P〉0.05）, positive expression of MMP -2/TIMP-2 obviously decline. Conclusions The decreased expression of MMP-2 in the placenta and the unbalanced proportion of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 are nearly connected with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
