摘 要:由于上三叠统须家河组地层岩石坚硬,钻井速度低,钻井周期长,制约了普光气田开发的步伐。在对普光气田前期空气钻井技术进行总结和经济效益评价的基础上,系统地分析了空气、氮气钻井穿越须家河组地层的安全钻井技术。在普光气田3口开发井中进行了空气、氮气钻井穿越须家河组地层试验,机械钻速提高4~5倍,钻井周期缩短30d以上。实践表明,空气钻井技术在普光气田须家河组以上地层得到成功应用,取得了良好的效果,成为加快普光气田开发的重要技术。The formation rocks of the upper Triassic Xujiahe formation are extremely hard, making the ROP through them rather low, drilling cycle rather long, which has restricted the development of the Puguang gas field. Based on reviewing and economic evaluation on air drilling applications previously used there, the safe air and nitrogen drilling techniques used to drill through the Xujiahe formation are systematically analyzed. And the air/nitrogen drilling tests have been tested in 3 development wells in the Puguang gas field to drill through Xujiahe formations. The ROP has been improved by 4 - 5 times, the drilling cycle been shortened by over 30 days. All these demonstrate the air drilling technology has been successfully used in the formations above the Xujiahe formation in the Puguang gas field with favorable results, and it has become an important technology to quicken the development of the Puguang gas field.
