波纹管堵漏技术在黄龙004-X1井的应用

摘　　要：四川盆地东部地区在下三叠统嘉陵江组五段以上地层，压力系数普遍较低，井漏频繁，溶洞、裂缝性井漏时有发生，堵漏难度大、成本高，有的井因此报废。黄龙004-X1井钻至井深2313～2316m发生溶洞、裂缝性井漏失返，先后多次采用桥浆、水泥堵漏，均未取得明显效果。在该井开展了波纹管堵漏研究，采用清水强钻至井深2340．37m进行波纹管堵漏获得成功，安全顺利钻达固井井深，下套管彻底封隔了该漏失层段。为碳酸盐岩溶洞、裂缝性井漏的有效治理探索了一条新的技术途径。The pressure coefficient of formations above the lower Triassic Jialingjiang Fm in the eastern Sichuan basin is normally rather low, where lost circulations frequently occurred, especially the lost circulations of cavern and fracture types often occurred which were difficult to control in terms of techniques and high cost or even lead to well abandonment. In the well Huanglong 004-X1, cavern-type and fracture-type lost circulations occurred with no returns when drilling during the depth of 2313 - 2316 m, both bridging materials and cement had been used for several times without success. So bellow pipe was tried for plugging on that well. Using clean water to drill by force till the depth of 2340.37 m, drilling operators then started to run bellow pipe for plugging. The successful results showed that the lost circulation could be controlled till cementing depth, and afterwards, casing was run to isolate the thief zone completely. This trial exhibits a new technical method for effective control of cavern type and fracture type lost circulations in carbonate formations.
