基于统筹联通的农村金融体系重构

摘　　要：城乡金融地域系统的长期割裂是阻碍城乡协调发展的主要障碍。通过基于VAR模型的协整分析、Granger因果检验、变系数模型构建及空间计量分析,探寻城乡金融系统的不同运行特征,农村金融系统内部及其与城市金融系统的空间联动与空间溢出效应,提出统筹城乡,根据不同地区、不同产业和产业的不同生命周期阶段建立形式各异的农村金融体系,从而实现城乡金融网络一体化的构想。It＇s the separation of rural and urban financial system that hinders the harmonious development of the two regions. Through cointegration and granger causality tests based on VAR model, panel data analysis and spatial econometric analysis, We find that rural and urban financial systerns obey different operative mode. There are spatial linkage and spillover effects between the two regions. The policy suggestion is to establish different rural system according to the region, the type and lifeeyele of the industry. The final purpose is to realize the integration of rural and urban financial network.
