摘 要:本文研究了利用煤矸石生产高档轻质莫来石砖的可行性。实验研究表明,在银烧后的煤矸石中加入部分工业氧化铝粉,一起混磨至800目筛余小于5%,再经加有机质成型和在1550C×5小时煅烧,可制成物相及各种性能指标达到从德国进口轻质莫来石砖的制品。The possibility of producing light refractory bricks of mullite by using coal gangues as rawmaterials has been studied. The experiments showed that by adding a certain amount of industri-al A1203 powder to the burned coal gangues, and milling the mixture to a size with oversize of8OO mesh sieve less than 5 % and after forming and sintering a high quality light refractory brickof mullite can be prepared. During forming some easily burned organic materials should be addedto the mud. After a sintering at l55O C for 5 hours,the brick preduced can reach the standard ofGerman JM28.
