摘　　要：女性人力资源在经济发展和社会和谐建设中所发挥的作用越来越大,但文化教育、政治体制、社会及商品市场等方面的因素制约着女性人力资源的有效开发和利用,应当从教育开发、政法建设、补偿制度和就业模式等层面采取措施。Female human resources have played more and more important role in economic development and harmonious social construction in China. However, some factors such as culture and education, political system, social and commodity market restrict the development and utilization of female human resources. We should adopt measures of education, politics and law, compensation system, employment mode and so on.
