摘　　要：随着时代的发展进步,特别是为了应对能源危机的形势和可持续发展的战略要求,人们对既有建筑加固改造的范围和方法逐渐突破了原有主要属于结构性加固改造的概念,而提升为一种"综合性改造"的理念。改造不仅仅是从结构的安全性出发,还对建筑物乃至整个建筑区域从空间、功能和效能上进行改造,改造后可以实现建筑空间的扩展、使用功能的提高、能耗的降低和使用舒适度的提升。最终的目的是满足人们生活工作的需求,达到节能降耗的目标,符合可持续发展的理念。With the development of the society, especially to cope with the energy crisis and the strategic requirement of sustainable development, the area and methods of structural transformation have broken the original idea, upgraded to a comprehensive transformation. Structural transformation is not only from the structure safety but also the whole structure, even the building region, including space, function and efficiency. After transformation, the space of the building will be extended, the energy consumption will be reduced and the comfort will be improved. The objective is to meet the needs of people and the requirements of sustainable development.
