摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者脂代谢紊乱状态下过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β氧化活性的变化。方法分析112例T2DM患者外周血单个核细胞过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β氧化活性、脂肪乙酰辅酶A氧化酶活性及其mRNA表达变化。测定FPG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。结果T2DM患者过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β氧化代偿性加强,与正常对照组相比,脂肪乙酰辅酶A氧化酶活性、过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β氧化活性增加;并且T2DM组过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β氧化的活性与其血清TG、HDL-C、LDL-C之间有直线相关关系。结论脂肪酸β氧化和脂肪乙酰辅酶A氧化酶的活性增加,导致H2O2浓度的升高,这可能是糖尿病心血管并发症发病的原因之一。Objective To explore the change of the activities of peroxisome β-oxidation in T2DM patients with the lipid disorders. Methods We analyzed the changes of the activities of peroxisome oxidation and fatty acyl-CoA oxidase and its mRNA expression in 112 cases of T2DM patients. Results We found that there was compensatory increase in activity of peroxisome β-oxidation of T2DM patients. As compared with control group, the activity of fatty acyl-CoA oxidase of T2DM group was increased by 5% (P〈0.05), the activity of peroxisome β-oxidation was increased by 37%(P〈0. 05), There were linear correlations of theof peroxisoraal β-oxidation with serum TG, HDL, and LDL. Conclusions The increase of the activities of peroxisomal β-oxidation and fatty acyLCoA oxidase leads the increase of H2 02 concentration. This may be one of the causes of T2DM cardiovascular complications.
