初诊2型糖尿病患者短期强化治疗的疗效

摘　　要：使用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍或格列美脲联合二甲双胍进行3个月短期强化治疗,两组患者的FPG和HbA1c均获得良好控制,第一时相和第二时相胰岛素和C肽分泌量明显增加、胰岛素抵抗显著改善。36 newly diagnosd type 2 diabetic patients were treated with insulin glargine plus metformin or glimepiride plus metformin for 3 months. Excellent control of FBG and HbA, c was achieved in both groups after 3 months’ intensive treatment. The β-cell hypofunction and insulin resistance were improved significantly in both groups.
