摘  要:采用热压的方法,首次制备出具有择优取向的新型云母微晶玻璃.X光衍射分析(XRD)表明,热压后的材料中形成了{00l}<uvw>型丝织构.云母晶体的空间取向分布函数具有f(θ)=1-Aexp(B/θ)的形式。材料的织构型程度开始随热压形变量的增加而增加,当形变量超过一定值后,材料的织构程度基本保持不变;材料平行于热压方向的抗弯强度和断裂韧性一直随形变量的增加而增加.A new type of mica-containing glass-ceramics with preferentially orientated microtructurewas successfully fabricated by hot-pressing the material after the crystallization process. The fibertexture {00l}< uvw > was identified in the material by means of X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD).The space orientation distribution function of grains was determined as f(θ) = 1 - Aexp^(-B/θ). Asthe deformation amount of hot- press increases, the prefercutial orientation degree increases to acertain value and then keeps constant- However, the flexural strength and fracture toughness ofthe material continuously increases with the increase in the deformation amount of hot-pressing.
